Damaged, misprinted or defective items

We offer free replacements for any items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective.

For help with any issue, contact sermonsofsalvation@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the problem. We may request clear, unedited photos or other reasonable information to assess your claim.

You will not be charged return shipping or a restocking fee for a damaged, misprinted, or defective item.

Change of mind and size selection

Each piece is printed at the time of order. Outside any statutory cancellation or return rights that apply to your order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

We encourage you to check our Size Chart carefully before finalizing your purchase to ensure the perfect fit.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the consumer law applicable to your purchase.
