Shipping Policy

Every Sermons item is made to order. Here’s what to expect when placing your order.

1. Fulfillment

Fulfillment takes 1–3 business days, during which your item is made to order, packed, and prepared for dispatch.

2. Shipping Times

After fulfillment, shipping takes 3–7 business days to the EU and USA, while other international destinations take 7–15 business days.

Including fulfillment, estimated delivery times are:

EU and USA: 4–10 business days.
Other international destinations: 8–18 business days.

These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping destination. Any applicable shipping charges are displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear as the carrier processes your package.

5. International Shipping

International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. Any applicable charges not already collected at checkout are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs processing may also affect delivery times.

6. Incorrect Addresses and Undeliverable Packages

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once your order has been processed or dispatched.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, reshipping charges may apply. We’ll explain any charges before arranging reshipment.

7. Shipping Delays

Fulfillment and delivery may take longer during peak seasons or promotional periods. Weather conditions, carrier disruptions, and customs clearance may also cause delays.
