Shipping Policy

Every Sermons item is made to order. Here’s what to expect when placing your order.

1. Fulfillment

Fulfillment takes 1–3 business days, during which your item is made to order, packed, and prepared for dispatch.

2. Shipping Times

After fulfillment, standard shipping takes (business days, as shown at checkout):

• USA: 3–7 days in transit, 4–10 business days including fulfillment.

• United Kingdom: 5–7 days in transit, 6–10 business days including fulfillment.

• Europe: 5–8 days in transit, 6–11 business days including fulfillment.

• Australia and New Zealand: 5–8 days in transit, 6–11 business days including fulfillment.

• Canada: 5–9 days in transit, 6–12 business days including fulfillment.

• Other destinations: 7–15 days in transit, 8–18 business days including fulfillment.

Your product page and cart show an estimated delivery date for your country.

These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is $5 to the USA (free over $100), €4.50 across Europe (free over €90), £4.50 to the UK (free over £80) and CA$12.50 to Canada (free over CA$150). Other destinations are shown in your local currency on the product page and in your cart. The exact charge is always displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear as the carrier processes your package.

5. International Shipping

International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. Any applicable charges not already collected at checkout are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs processing may also affect delivery times.

6. Incorrect Addresses and Undeliverable Packages

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once your order has been processed or dispatched.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, reshipping charges may apply. We’ll explain any charges before arranging reshipment.

7. Shipping Delays

Fulfillment and delivery may take longer during peak seasons or promotional periods. Weather conditions, carrier disruptions, and customs clearance may also cause delays.
